For anyone wanting first rate tile work done at a tremendous price, drop me an e-mail.
I needed 37m2 for a new office. Bought the tile, and materials, and needed an installer. Most everyone that came by wanted around $20K for the work. My wife Alba knew two young men, brothers, in Esperanza, who have worked here, and in Puerto Rico, too, since childhood laying tile.
One of the brothers cam up and did the work for $11,000 - travelling to Xanadu from Esperanza with a helper and staying the night to complete it. First day worked from 11AM to midnight, up at 6AM second day and completed by 5:00PM. Excellent, excellent, excellent work, too.

Not conveniently located just 1/2 block fron Surf Liquors or anything else besides a few cows, goats, and chickens. But quite a place. You should see it!
